## Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner to support complex payments and acquiring initiatives, with a dedicated focus on Android POS solutions. The role focuses on business analysis, scope definition, product ownership, Agile delivery, and stakeholder alignment across multiple systems, platforms, products, and acquiring hosts.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Produce Business Solution Documents, BRDs, and scope definition documentation
-   Lead discussions with solution architects, stakeholders, and customers to clarify scope and requirements
-   Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery documentation
-   Define and support the evolution of Android POS product solutions
-   Identify affected systems, dependencies, interfaces, and integration points
-   Create system context diagrams and integration diagrams
-   Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, prioritisation, and delivery follow-up
-   Track open items, risks, decisions, and critical points throughout delivery
-   Assess business and technical impacts across integrated systems
-   Support prototype solution flows or “to-be” process documentation where needed
-   Collaborate closely with solution architects, engineering teams, product stakeholders, and customer representatives

## Requirements

-   Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex, multi-system environments
-   Proven experience in Product Owner or product-focused delivery responsibilities
-   Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum teams
-   Strong experience with BSD, BRD, scope definition, user stories, and acceptance criteria
-   Experience in payments, acquiring, POS ecosystems, transaction flows, or merchant/acquirer integrations
-   Good understanding of Android POS solutions or POS-related platforms
-   Ability to model systems, integrations, interfaces, and dependencies
-   Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Word, Visio, or Lucidchart
-   Familiarity with structured analysis techniques such as UML or BPMN
-   Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
-   Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
-   Ability to manage risks, dependencies, open items, and delivery follow-ups
