## Description

Parallel Employment Group, in partnership with a food manufacturing company, is seeking a qualified Food Production Lead. As a Production Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of coordinating production in a food manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the production of high-quality food products.

Schedule: 1st Shift (7:30am-4:00pm or until work is complete), Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $20/hour

This is a Full-Time, temporary-to-hire position.

Summary:

Support oversight of production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures. Ensure smooth production operation during shift.

Primary Responsibilities:

\-Supervise production in accordance with company policies and procedures.

\-Train and coach employees in production.

\-Responsible for meeting shift production goals.

\-Overseeing quality control and making adjustments as necessary during shift to produce product within specifications.

\-Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent required.
-   At least 6 months of Food Manufacturing experience.
-   Commitment of 40 hours per work. The job operates in a manufacturing environment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
-   While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear.
-   Occasionally required to stand and walk.
-   Be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
-   Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
-   Overall level of physical activity is moderate.
