### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels.
-   Handle customer inquiries, orders, returns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
-   Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
-   Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
-   Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
-   Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to solve problems effectively and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
-   Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
-   Open to relocating to Greece and adapting to new cultural environments.
