New Horizons, a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to serving individuals with special needs, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals for our MMDP program.

_**About the Role:**_

-   As a Direct Support Professional in our MMDP program, you will provide one-on-one support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities.
-   You will help individuals achieve their goals and engage in meaningful activities.
-   You will assist with daily living tasks, personal care, medication administration, and community integration.
-   _**This is a part time position**_
-   _**Bilingual English/Spanish a plus**_
-   _**Bilingual English/Armenian a plus**_
-   _**Weekly hours can range from 20-30 hours a week**_
-   _**Monday-Friday 9am-4pm**_
-   _**Rate: $22.50**_

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent
-   Prior experience working with individuals with special needs or developmental disabilities is preferred
-   Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
-   Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-   Pass a background check and drug screening
