**Job Title:** Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) – Hospital Employed  
**Location:** Northwest Ohio  
**Position Type:** Full-Time, Permanent

### **Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)** to join a well-established, hospital-employed primary care team in **Northwest Ohio**. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a strong referral base, modern facilities, and a focus on quality patient care.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
-   Collaborate with a team of experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.
-   Participate in hospital quality initiatives and care coordination efforts.
-   Maintain accurate and timely patient records through EMR.
-   Option to teach medical students and residents, if desired.
-   Minimal call responsibilities; phone call only, shared equally among group.

### **Qualifications:**

-   MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
-   Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
-   Active or eligible for Ohio medical licensure.
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-   Commitment to high-quality patient care and team collaboration.
