## Description

**Job Purpose**

Manage and oversee the entire Body and Paint workshop operations to ensure high-quality vehicle repair and painting services, maximum customer satisfaction, and operational profitability.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Manage, lead, and develop the Body and Paint workshop team, including technicians and painters.
-   Coordinate workshop activities to ensure timely completion of body repairs and painting tasks.
-   Ensure adherence to company standards and safety regulations within the workshop.
-   Monitor quality control to maintain high standards of work.
-   Manage workshop resources, including tools, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency.
-   Develop and manage budgets and schedules for the workshop operations.
-   Oversee customer communication to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns related to body and paint services.
-   Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop productivity and service quality.
-   Ensure compliance with warranty and insurance policies related to body and paint repairs.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, automotive technology, or a related field.
-   5+ years of experience in body and paint workshop management within the automotive industry.
-   Strong knowledge of automotive body repair and painting techniques.
-   Excellent leadership and team management skills.
-   Good understanding of workshop safety standards and procedures.
-   Strong organizational and communication skills.
-   Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
