## Description

Join our friendly and supportive team in a dynamic administrative role where no two days are the same. We are looking for an organised, motivated and detail-focused team player to join us in a fast-paced, hands-on service administrative position. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional and ongoing customer service and administration support to the Brisbane Service Department in our Larapinta Branch.

-   Answer incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner, interpreting the customers’ requirements whilst ensuring their request is attended to promptly
-   Ensure that all requests and enquiries are documented and responded to in a timely and professional manner providing a high level of customer service at all times
-   Ensure that a good rapport and business relationship is established with internal and external customers
-   Create and process purchase orders and invoices in a timely manner
-   Create and maintain customer details and trucks in the AS400 system
-   Partner with Crown Field Service Managers to ensure timely and effective delivery of service to corporate accounts
-   Assisting customers, via phone or email with service-related information for the Brisbane, Gold Coast and Toowoomba Service Departments
-   Maintain the Queensland Service email address and ensure it is accurately managed in a timely manner
-   Process customer damage invoices
-   Contact vendors to follow up on tax invoices

## Requirements

-   Administrative experience required
-   Intermediate computer skills, excel necessary
-   SAP, Maximo, or AS400 desired but not required
-   Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
-   Ability to understand issues and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
-   Proven track record in the ability to build relationships with employees, colleagues and customers
