## Description

### Myth vs Reality — the season abroad version

**MYTH:** “It’s basically a holiday.”
**REALITY:** It’s a real seasonal job **in Greece**. You relocate for the season and live on-site with the team.

**MYTH:** “Entertainment is just talking to people.”
**REALITY:** You host activities, lead games, support events, and help create the daily vibe guests remember.

**MYTH:** “You need experience or you’ll embarrass yourself.”
**REALITY:** You don’t need professional experience. If you bring energy, openness and basic English, you can grow into the role fast. Training happens on site.

**MYTH:** “It’s chaotic and random.”
**REALITY:** It’s structured. There’s a schedule, a program, and a team that plans and executes it every day.

**MYTH:** “You’ll just stand in the sun all day.”
**REALITY:** Some days are active, some are intense, some are super fun — but you’ll always be moving, interacting, and staying present.

**MYTH:** “You’ll be alone.”
**REALITY:** You work with an international team and live with colleagues from all over Europe. You build friendships quickly because you share the season together.

**MYTH:** “Relocating is complicated.”
**REALITY:** You receive a legal EU seasonal contract and insurance. You’re supported before and during your season.

**MYTH:** “It’s all work, no fun.”
**REALITY:** It’s work — but it’s also Greece. After shift you’re already in a holiday destination: warm evenings, beach sunsets, team dinners, music nights. (And yes — there’s definitely time for parties too.)

**MYTH:** “You can do this from anywhere.”
**REALITY:** This is an on-site position. You live and work in Greece for the season.

**MYTH:** “It’s only for super extroverts.”
**REALITY:** You don’t have to be the loudest person in the room. But you do need to be friendly, open, and comfortable interacting with guests.

**MYTH:** “It’s unclear what you actually do.”
**REALITY:** Your day can include daytime activities (games, sports, group fun), guest interaction around the hotel, and supporting evening entertainment (events, mini disco, shows).

**Important:** This job is **based in Greece**. You relocate for the season and live where others spend their holidays. Applicants must hold an EU passport.

## Requirements

**MYTH:** “You need perfect English.”
**REALITY:** You need basic English to communicate with guests and your team. If you’re not perfect — that’s okay. Confidence and effort matter more.

## Benefits

**MYTH:** “Finding accommodation abroad is stressful and expensive.”
**REALITY:** You don’t have to search for housing, sign rental contracts, or pay deposits. Accommodation is organized before you arrive, and you live directly at or near the hotel.

**MYTH:** “Food abroad costs a fortune.”
**REALITY:** Meals are included. You don’t spend money on daily groceries or restaurant bills. With accommodation and food covered, many team members manage to save money during the season.
