## Description

**Madinaty Language School - MLS** is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic **Class Co-Teacher** to support our lead teachers in delivering high-quality education. In this role, you will assist in creating a dynamic and supportive learning environment that promotes student engagement and academic success across various grade levels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Support the lead teacher in planning and implementing effective lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
-   Assist in classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
-   Provide individual support to students to meet their diverse learning needs.
-   Help prepare teaching materials and classroom resources.
-   Collaborate with teaching staff and participate in team meetings to improve instructional strategies.
-   Contribute to student assessments and monitoring progress.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred.
-   Prior experience in teaching or educational support roles is an advantage.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
-   Patience, adaptability, and a passion for education.
-   Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
