The role / why it matters

\- Guide AI and machine learning product features from concept through delivery.

\- Communicate product tradeoffs across technical and nontechnical teams.

What we're looking for

\- Experience building or shipping AI or machine learning product features, such as LLM-based tools, copilots, or agentic products.

\- Direct customer-facing experience, including work with large or strategic partners that influenced the roadmap.

\- Experience with complex, multi-surface products and cross-functional teams.

\- Technical fluency to discuss architecture, AI or machine learning, and engineering tradeoffs credibly.

\- A mission-driven, low-ego approach and a strong sense of ownership in fast-paced environments.

\- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Bonus points

\- A computer science background or technical degree.

\- Experience managing large enterprise customer relationships.
