## Description

**Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) – Remote**

**Location:** Michigan  
**Employment Type:** Full-Time  
**Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are looking for a **licensed LMFT, LCSW, or LPC** to provide mental health therapy to clients across Michigan. The therapist will conduct virtual sessions, complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing care based on client needs.

### Responsibilities

-   Conduct individual therapy sessions through telehealth
-   Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical information
-   Develop and maintain treatment plans
-   Monitor client progress and make changes to treatment when needed
-   Complete session notes and other required documentation
-   Address safety or risk concerns according to established procedures
-   Maintain client confidentiality and follow applicable professional standards

## Requirements

-   Active Michigan license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
-   Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field
-   Experience in outpatient mental health treatment
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills
-   Ability to manage a full clinical caseload remotely
