You will assist Slovak-speaking customers with their inquiries related to tobacco products, ensuring they receive excellent service and accurate information. ### Your Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer service to Slovak-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
-   Effectively manage customer inquiries and issues related to tobacco products.
-   Maintain a friendly, professional, and helpful demeanor in all customer interactions.
-   Accurately document customer interactions to assist with service improvement.
-   Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
-   Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential. You must ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated on your application.
-   Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
-   Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous but not required.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work independently from home while remaining self-motivated.
-   Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
