### 🏢 Job Description: Interior Designer (Revit Expert)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented **Interior Designer** with advanced expertise in **Autodesk Revit** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative interior design concepts, producing accurate construction documentation, and delivering high-quality visualizations that align with client requirements and project goals. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and technically sound.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed plans for residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
-   Create and manage **Revit models**, including detailed drawings, schedules, and construction documentation.
-   Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and functional needs.
-   Prepare mood boards, material specifications, and design presentations.
-   Coordinate with project teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and compliant with building codes and standards.
-   Stay updated on design trends, sustainable practices, and BIM innovations.
-   Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality.

### 🎓 Qualifications

### Education & Experience

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Interior Design, Architecture, or related field**.
-   Minimum **2–3 years of professional experience** in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing Revit-based projects.

### Technical Skills

-   Advanced proficiency in **Autodesk Revit** (modeling, detailing, documentation).
-   Familiarity with **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design tools**.
-   Knowledge of **BIM workflows** and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
-   Ability to produce accurate construction drawings and realistic renderings.
