📍 Tbilisi, 2 days in office (hybrid) | Evening shift, 15.00-00.00

**About the role**  
You'll keep our Canadian lending operation moving by making sure every loan file is complete, accurate and ready before it reaches our verification (scrubbing) and underwriting teams. Working hours are 15:00–00:00 Tbilisi time to match the Toronto business day.

**What you'll be doing**

-   Review incoming loan applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy
-   Check bank statements for clarity, consistency, and any gaps or irregularities
-   Identify and follow up on missing information with brokers and internal teams
-   Prepare files for the scrubbing and underwriting teams to agreed quality and turnaround standards
-   Manage a daily queue of files while keeping accuracy high
-   Log recurring issues and suggest improvements to our processes

-   Strong attention to detail and comfort working with financial documents
-   Fluent written and spoken English
-   Ability to stay organised and accurate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
-   Clear communication, and comfort working with colleagues and partners across time zones
