### **The Challenge**

We aren’t looking for a traditional tool-administrator. We need a **Sales Operations Manager** who will act as the crucial bridge between high-level strategy and flawless execution.

Partnering directly with our Globalize Client Engagement Directors, you will co-design winning sales strategies, own our revenue forecasting models, and ruthlessly eliminate friction from our sales cycle. ### **What You’ll Do Every Day**

### **🚀 Supercharge Our Sales Process & Enablement**

-   **Optimize the Funnel:** Audit, design, and deploy scalable sales workflows that strip away administrative burdens, allowing our sales teams to focus on what they do best: winning business.
-   **Tech & Automation:** Drive the rollout and adoption of sales tools and automation.
-   **Empower the Team:** Partner with our People & Engagement and Implementation teams to ensure the sales force is trained, equipped, and excited about new tools and methodologies.
-   **Master the Data:** Design and maintain clean data management processes from storage to reporting.

### **📊 Own the Forecast & Deliver Actionable Analytics**

-   **Predict the Future:** Build, evolve, and maintain predictive forecasting models that give leadership a crystal-clear view of future revenue.
-   **Analyze the Pipeline:** Dive deep into win rates, pipeline velocity, deal sizes, and churn to spot risks before they happen and uncover hidden opportunities.
-   **Tell the Story Behind the Numbers:** Move past raw data. You’ll deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards that provide leadership with the critical "so-what" insights needed to steer the business.
-   **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Model seamless ways of working across departments to pull holistic operational insights together.

### **🧠 Act as a Strategic Partner**

-   **Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy:** Collaboratively define target markets, set equitable quotas, and design high-impact sales territories alongside Client Engagement and Production leadership.
-   **Trusted Advisor:** Serve as a key advisor to leadership by providing the data-backed frameworks required to make major business decisions.

## Requirements

### **What You Bring to the Table**

-   **The Track Record:** Proven success in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Analytics.
-   **The Tech Stack:** Deep experience with CRMs (Salesforce preferred), advanced Excel/Google Sheets mastery, and familiarity with AI-assisted solutions.
-   **The Mindset:** A rare combination of high-level analytical thinking and absolute attention to detail. You translate complex data sets into practical, actionable steps.
-   **The Soft Skills:** Exceptional communication. You know how to manage stakeholders, influence teams, and pitch data-driven strategies effectively.
-   **The Edge:** Prior experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, or commission tracking is a huge plus.
