We are looking for German**\-**speaking Player Support Specialists to join an international gaming support team in Sofia**,** Bulgaria.

In this role, you will support players by answering questions, resolving account-related issues, and helping create a great gaming experience for users.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide German-language support to players through different communication channels.
-   Assist with account, gameplay, and technical questions.

## Requirements

-   Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level).
-   Good English skills.

-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, or already living in Bulgaria.
