## Description

Must have: Adobe Experience Manager

Relevant YoE: 4-6 years

**Responsibilities:**

-   As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and testing web-based applications for various site components while editing site content.
-   You will document technical designs and specifications and research and incorporate updated content for websites.
-   You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
-   Youwill be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions
-   while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
-   Advanced proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager is required.
-   Advanced proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager UI Development is recommended. Additionally, advanced proficiency in Usability Design, Web & Server based Platforms Solutions, and Web Standards is suggested. Create
-   innovative web applications that enhance user experience and engagement.
-   Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to ensure seamless integration of web components.
-   Stay updated with the latest web technologies and trends to implement best practices.
-   Conduct user testing and gatherfeedback to continuously improve web applications.
-   Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.
