Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)  
Salary: $100,000–$130,000/year (Negotiable based on experience)  
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling Available

What You’ll Do:

-   Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
-   Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
-   Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs (2-tier & 3-tier models)
-   Provide parent/caregiver training and support
-   Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity
-   Complete reports and documentation in a timely manner

What We’re Looking For:

-   Active BCBA certification (required)
-   Master’s degree in ABA or related field
-   Experience supervising clinical staff and managing cases
-   Strong communication and leadership skills

(Bilingual Spanish is a plus!)

Bonus Experience:

-   Autism Spectrum Disorder services
-   Home, clinic, or school-based ABA
-   Electronic data collection systems
