We’re looking for a Data Engineer to participate in the efforts of building data products for our clients through innovative and up-to-date technology. We understand that data is the key ingredient to offering great services with wealth of information that adds value to each business. To that end, we are building a Data Engineering team that will shape those products and the workflows that create and move them. You will have to bring your experience and expertise in building end-to-end data solutions and in employing best practices from the software industry. You will be part of a team of enthusiastic engineers who live and breathe data and are keen to evolve to the powerhouse of every application and platform that Aambience builds.

### What You’ll Do

-   Build and optimize scalable data pipelines and workflows, ensuring data quality, reliability, and performance
-   Design and implement best practices for data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration across diverse systems
-   Own the backlog of the team along with the other team members and give your best in delivering towards agreed goals and objectives
-   Collaborate with members of other teams that build applications and platforms
-   Monitor the impact of delivered solutions and drive improvement through your actions and continuous learning

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, having built Data solutions and products (e.g. Data Lake, Data Warehouse, pipelines)
-   Familiarity with AWS
-   Great communication skills and enthusiasm to collaborate with stakeholders and other members of the organisation
-   Comfort working in ambiguity — moving quickly with limited resources, but clear intent.

-   Background in startups or high-growth environments.
