## Description

Mercier Consultancy is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for New Nordic Language Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Greece! This position includes a fully paid relocation package to help you comfortably transition to your new role in a vibrant and culturally rich environment. As a member of our team, you will provide exemplary support to customers speaking New Nordic languages, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

In this role, you will communicate with customers through multiple channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering information about our products and services. Your fluency in one or more New Nordic languages will be essential in delivering high-quality customer service and fostering positive relationships.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide assistance to Nordic language-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
-   Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
-   Collaborate with team members to address and resolve customer concerns
-   Educate customers about product features and benefits
-   Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service offerings
-   Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with products and processes

## Requirements

-   Fluency in one or more Nordic languages and English, both written and spoken
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   Previous experience in customer service or related roles preferred
-   Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
-   Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities
-   Customer-focused mindset with commitment to service excellence
-   Familiarity with customer support software is an advantage
