### Location and Availability: Ras **Laffan,**

-   Preference will be given to candidates who are currently available in the UAE for face-to-face interviews with the client.

We are seeking an experienced **MEP Manager** to lead the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire Protection, and ELV systems delivery across large-scale building construction projects. The role covers full project lifecycle management from design coordination through execution, testing, commissioning, and final handover.

As MEP Manager, you will play a central role in driving the delivery of critical building systems across major construction projects. This role is suited to a leader who can bring together engineering, site execution, commissioning, and stakeholder coordination to help ensure quality, progress, and successful project outcomes across complex developments.

### Responsibilities

-   Lead and manage all MEP works including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and ELV systems from engineering through commissioning and handover.
-   Oversee MEP design coordination, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical approvals.
-   Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
-   Coordinate closely with civil, architectural, and structural teams to ensure integrated project execution.
-   Ensure compliance with project specifications, authority regulations, and international standards.
-   Manage testing & commissioning activities, system validation, and final inspections.
-   Liaise with consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities for approvals and inspections.
-   Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions when required.
-   Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards across all MEP activities.
-   Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and project close-out reports.

## Requirements

-   Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP construction.
-   Proven experience in large-scale building construction projects, including residential, accommodation, mixed-use, institutional, or similar developments.
-   Successful delivery of projects of comparable scale and complexity.
-   Experience leading MEP delivery on large residential, accommodation, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
-   Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
-   Currently based in Qatar or another GCC country, with GCC experience accepted in lieu of Qatar experience.
-   Strong knowledge of testing, commissioning, and authority approvals.
-   Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, including experience coordinating with project stakeholders and leading cross-functional MEP delivery.
-   Valid MMUP/UPDA registration where applicable.
-   Fluent in written and verbal English.
-   Familiarity with QatarEnergy, major clients, consultants, and local authority requirements is preferred.
