## Description

Trillium is seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Preschool Homeroom Teacher** to join our vibrant educational community. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about early childhood education and is excited to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Plan and implement creative and engaging lessons that comply with early years education standards and promote holistic development.
-   Establish a warm and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, exploration, and social interaction among children.
-   Assess and record children’s progress and development, using this information to inform future planning and adapt teaching methods.
-   Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative and effective learning community.
-   Ensure a safe and orderly environment that promotes children’s health and well-being.
-   Participate in professional development opportunities to keep up-to-date with early years education best practices.
-   Engage in school activities and contribute to the school community through events and programs.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
-   Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) is preferred.
-   Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.
-   Understanding of early childhood development and effective teaching practices.
-   Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with young children and their parents.
-   Creative, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching.
