At **Master of Malt**, we're looking for a **Liquid Production Operative** to join our Liquid Production team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the Liquid Production of premium spirits and whisky, supporting every stage of the production process while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance.

### The Role

As a Liquid Production Operative, you'll assist with the production of liquid spirit and whisky, ensuring products are produced efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You'll support blending, vatting and recipe production while maintaining accurate records and carrying out quality checks throughout the process.

### What You'll Be Doing

-   Assist with the intake and storage of raw liquid products and ingredients in preparation for blending, vatting and recipe production.
-   Help complete the production of various spirit and whisky products in line with quality, production and compliance procedures.
-   Carry out quality checks at key stages of the production process to ensure final product integrity.
-   Prepare, operate and maintain production equipment before and after use.
-   Maintain accurate production records to support quality assurance.
-   Report any non-conformities to your Line Manager, including issues relating to product integrity, health and safety, quality and compliance.
-   Work collaboratively with the Warehouse & Production teams and other departments across the business.
-   Assist in managing workloads and production activities to help achieve production targets and KPIs.
-   Communicate effectively with colleagues, contribute positively to the team and be open to coaching and continuous improvement.

### Skills & Experience

### Essential

-   Good IT skills, ideally with experience using Google Workspace.
-   Good numeracy skills (GCSE Maths Grade C/4 or equivalent).
-   Excellent written and spoken English.
-   Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

### Desirable

-   Experience working within the drinks industry or a similar production or manufacturing environment.
-   A Brewing & Distilling qualification or relevant academic study.

### Contract Details

-   **Contract:** 6-month fixed-term contract.
-   **Hours:** Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm.
-   **Salary:** Competitive salary, dependent on experience.

There may be the opportunity for the contract to be **extended or become permanent**, subject to business needs and individual performance.
