### Your Role

As a Finnish Speaking Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality customer service across multiple communication channels. Your language skills and commitment to customer satisfaction will help strengthen relationships with our Finnish clients and enhance their overall experience.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Respond to customer queries in Finnish via phone, email, and chat efficiently and courteously.
-   Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
-   Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and escalate complex cases when necessary.
-   Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate support.
-   Contribute ideas to improve customer service processes and enhance satisfaction.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Finnish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
-   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
-   Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software.
-   Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
-   Ready to relocate to Sofia with paid relocation assistance.
