## Description

Jasara PMC is helping shape the future of social infrastructure delivery in Saudi Arabia through solutions-based program management. As a joint venture between Public Investment Fund, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, the company plays a key role in supporting Vision 2030 by delivering complex programs with a strong focus on quality, performance, and stakeholder alignment.

In this role, you will help strengthen visibility across major programs by turning project data into clear, decision-ready reporting for leadership and stakeholders. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact infrastructure work while partnering across teams to support effective governance, performance tracking, and informed decision-making.

### Responsibilities

-   Prepare and review project reporting packages for leadership and stakeholders.
-   Track program performance metrics, milestones, risks, and reporting deadlines.
-   Coordinate reporting inputs across project teams to ensure data accuracy.
-   Support governance meetings with timely status reports and action tracking.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business, or a related field.
-   Experience preparing project reporting and PMO reporting, including executive dashboards and program performance reporting.
-   Strong ability to analyze project data, risks, and milestones accurately.
-   Proficiency with reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
-   Experience working in large-scale project, PMO, and infrastructure program environments.
-   Experience coordinating with stakeholders across complex programs and preparing reporting for senior leadership, steering committees, and governance meetings.
