## Description

We’re looking for a **contract / fractional recruiter** to support a focused hiring period at **AdMed Inc.**

**Time:** ~30 hours/week (≈4 days/week)  
**Duration:** ~3–4 months, with potential for extension  
**Location:** Remote (US-based)  
**Comp:** Competitive hourly rate

**Roles you’ll recruit for:**  
• Medical Writers  
• Account Executive  
• Assistant Medical Writer  
• Business Development Coordinator  
• Project Coordinator

## Requirements

**What we’re looking for:**  
✔ Experience recruiting **medical writers and other agency medical communications roles**  
✔ Comfortable owning searches end-to-end (sourcing → screens → shortlist)  
✔ Experience working in an **ATS (Workable preferred)** and **LinkedIn Recruiter**  
✔ Prioritizes quality over volume
