## Description

**Hiring: Graphic & Motion Designer (São Paulo Office)**

We are looking for an **in-office Graphic & Motion Designer** to join our Marketing team in **São Paulo**! You will be our dedicated local powerhouse for social media, digital campaigns, and print, ensuring high-speed creative delivery backed by strict regulatory compliance.

-   Location: São Paulo, Brazil
-   Fluent English & Portuguese (Required)
-   Reports To: Marketing Leadership

What You’ll Do

-   Design high-impact visual assets for social media, performance marketing, and print
-   Partner closely with Compliance to strictly apply brand guidelines and local legal requirements
-   Build and maintain organized libraries of templates and reusable assets in Figma and Adobe CC
-   Quickly adapt creative assets in response to regulatory, product, or communication changes
-   Bonus: Edit videos and create motion graphics/animations to bring our campaigns to life!

## Requirements

What We’re Looking For

-   Solid Graphic Design background.
-   Extreme attention to detail—you know fine print and legal guidelines matter
-   Systems mindset—obsessed with organization, reusable components, and efficiency
-   Expert proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
-   Big Plus: Experience with After Effects & Premiere Pro (Motion Graphics)
-   Note: We value true craft and precision; heavily AI-generated portfolios won't fit this role.
