## Description

**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)**

**Location:** Louisiana  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000/year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Summary**

We’re seeking a **Louisiana-licensed LMFT** to provide virtual therapy services and help clients work through real-life concerns with practical, clinical support. You’ll manage a consistent caseload, deliver therapy sessions, and keep documentation current so care stays organized and clinically sound.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide psychotherapy sessions via telehealth on a set weekday schedule
-   Complete intakes/assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
-   Maintain consistent progress notes and clinical documentation in the EHR
-   Use appropriate therapeutic techniques to support client goals and symptom reduction
-   Identify risk concerns and follow required protocols and reporting guidelines
-   Maintain licensure requirements and uphold ethics and confidentiality standards

## Requirements

-   Active **LMFT license in Louisiana** (in good standing)
-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related behavioral health field
-   Experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting (virtual or in-person)
-   Strong written communication skills for documentation
-   Comfortable working independently while collaborating when needed
