Kitchen Team Member (Prep / Dishwasher) — Vicious Biscuit

What You Need

-   No experience required — we'll train you
-   Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
-   Available to work weekends
-   Eligible to work in the U.S.
-   Food safety and alcohol certifications within 30 days of hire (holding either at hire is a plus)
-   Basic cooking or food safety knowledge a plus

The Role

As a Kitchen Team Member, you'll keep our back-of-house running — prepping ingredients, washing dishes, and supporting our line cooks. It's a great way to start (or grow) a kitchen career. You'll:

-   Prep ingredients to recipe, with consistent portioning
-   Wash, sanitize, and put away dishes, pots, and kitchen equipment
-   Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
-   Properly store and label food items to minimize waste
-   Follow food safety, sanitation, and waste-handling procedures
-   Work with the team and front-of-house to keep service flowing
