 Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate **F&B Trainee** to join our  team for **2026** in **Corfu.**

-   Assist in the daily operations of restaurants, bars, and banqueting outlets.
-   Welcome and seat guests, present menus, and provide product knowledge when needed.
-   Support waiters and bartenders in serving food and beverages in accordance with hotel standards.
-   Ensure tables, stations, and service areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
-   Assist in setting up and breaking down for events, meetings, and banquets.
-   Handle guest requests politely and efficiently, escalating issues when required.
-   Maintain hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times.
-   Learn and apply hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
-   Shadow senior team members to gain insights into F&B operations and leadership.

## Requirements

-   Currently studying or recently graduated from Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
-   Strong interest in Food & Beverage and customer service.
-   Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
-   Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
-   Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
