## Description

**Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month**

Remote Recruitment is hiring a **Insurance Administrator** for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa.

**Role overview**

You will keep a UK insurance broker's policies, renewals and client records accurate, so cover is never missed and clients are never chased twice. This is a hands-on role where accuracy and follow-through matter every day, and you will be trusted to work independently without being chased. You will also be part of a supportive remote team, with regular check-ins, clear priorities and the tools you need to do your best work from day one, so you always know what good looks like.

You will work UK business hours (09:00–17:00 UK, 11:00–19:00 SAST) from home, as part of a South African team placed directly with established UK employers. Remote Recruitment supports you from placement onwards.

**Key responsibilities**

-   Process new policies, renewals and mid-term adjustments
-   Prepare quotes and documentation for clients
-   Update the broker management system accurately
-   Chase insurers and clients for outstanding items
-   Diary renewals well ahead of expiry

**What you'll need**

-   Experience in insurance or broker administration
-   Confident with a broker system such as Acturis or Open GI
-   Strong attention to detail
-   Clear written English
-   Comfortable working to renewal deadlines

**Nice to have**

-   CII or similar study progress
-   Experience with commercial or personal lines
-   Excel reporting
