## Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead robotics and automation projects from planning through deployment. In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, oversee project timelines and budgets, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative automation solutions across multiple projects.

**The key responsibilities includes:**  

-   Lead end-to-end delivery of complex robotics and automation projects, from planning through deployment and customer handover.
-   Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes.
-   Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and governance frameworks.
-   Serve as the primary point of contact for external customers, ensuring alignment between customer expectations, technical requirements, and business objectives.
-   Lead cross-functional teams, including Project Engineers, Software, Product, Design, and Operations teams.
-   Drive technical and operational decision-making by leveraging a strong understanding of AMR systems, robotics integration, and operational workflows.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.
-   Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and quality expectations.

## Requirements

-   10+ years of project management experience, including 8+ years delivering robotics, automation, AMR, or AGV projects.
-   Proven experience managing external customer relationships and customer-facing project delivery.
-   Strong experience leading Project Engineers and cross-functional technical teams.
-   Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, technically complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
-   Solid understanding of robotics systems, automation technologies, software development, and operational workflows.
-   Hands-on experience with robotics hardware and software integration.
-   Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and structured project planning methodologies.
-   Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
-   Preferably bachelor's degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
-   PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
-   Experience in startup, bootstrap, or high-growth environments is highly desirable.
