Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative specializing in the Energy (Oil & Gas) industry. This role offers a unique chance to be part of a dynamic team that supports clients and stakeholders in one of the most critical sectors globally.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients in the Oil & Gas industry through phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries related to services, account management, and product information.
-   Support clients throughout their journey, from initial inquiries through to post-sale support.
-   Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
-   Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's services and industry regulations to provide accurate information.
-   Document all customer interactions clearly and maintain detailed records for compliance and service improvement.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and provide tailored solutions for clients.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
-   Experience in customer service, particularly in the Energy, Oil & Gas, or related industries is preferred.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
-   A keen interest in the energy sector and a willingness to learn about industry developments.
