Join a fast-growing Paris-based DTC wellness beverage brand ([bonjourdrink.co](https://bonjourdrink.co/)) selling premium mushroom and adaptogen powders. We're a small, marketing-led team scaling through paid social and creator content. We're hiring a bilingual creative to produce high-volume Meta ads as we expand into Spanish-speaking markets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Edit short-form direct response video ads for Meta (largely AI-generated, mostly no-voice).
-   Design static ad creatives for Meta placements.
-   Work from briefs and daily task lists in Notion, delivering fast turnaround.
-   Use AI tools (Runway, Higgsfield) to produce video and imagery.

## Requirements

-   Native Spanish + fluent English
-   **Proven experience in DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands** – you know how creative impacts CAC, LTV, and subscription retention
-   Hands-on fluency with Runway and Higgsfield (not just familiarity)
-   Strong portfolio of short-form direct response Meta ads (not brand films)
-   Strong static design skills for Meta – must handle both video and static in one role
-   Ability to blend narrative storytelling with direct response editing
-   Comfortable with high daily volume and minimal direction
-   Timezone open
