About the Role  
With a leading presence in the Greek business ecosystem for over a century, Saracakis Group of Companies is always looking for passionate people to join our team. We are looking for a **Technical Support Industrial & Marine Engines** position at the **Volvo Penta Technical Department**.

Technical support and guidance of the official network

Warranties and technical case management

Compliance with technical procedures and manufacturer’s requirements

Use of manufacturer’s systems

Customer Support and complaints management

Organization of technical seminars & training sessions

What will you bring

Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (University/TEI/IEK) with a certified diploma

Knowledge of modern mechanical and electrical technologies

Fluency in English technical terminology (spoken and written)

Computer skills (MS Office)

Fulfilled military obligations (male candidates)

Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems

Customer Support and complaints management

Dynamic personality with strong organizational and communication skills
