## Description

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all Food & Beverage operations across our portfolio of three hotels and a complex of five villas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, proven experience managing multiple F&B outlets, and the ability to maintain high standards of service, quality, and operational efficiency across all venues.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets across the properties.
-   Ensure exceptional guest experiences and consistent service standards across all venues.
-   Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate F&B teams.
-   Manage staffing schedules, inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
-   Monitor budgets, operating costs, food costs, beverage costs, and overall profitability.
-   Develop and implement service procedures and operational standards.
-   Collaborate with hotel management and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
-   Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to service quality.
-   Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
-   Maintain a strong on-site presence and provide hands-on leadership during daily operations.

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar senior F&B role within the hospitality industry.
-   Experience overseeing multiple restaurants, bars, or other F&B outlets.
-   Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations, service standards, and cost control.
-   Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
-   Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
-   Strong commercial awareness and understanding of F&B profitability.
-   Ability to manage multiple venues and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
-   Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
