## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Pharmacy Technician** with a background in **U.S. retail pharmacy operations**. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using **PrimeRx**, managing prescription data entry, processing automatic refills, and communicating professionally with patients.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Enter prescriptions accurately into the **PrimeRx** system.
-   Process and manage **automatic refill requests** for patients.
-   Communicate with patients regarding prescription status, refills, and basic inquiries.
-   Maintain accurate patient records and prescription information.
-   Assist with pharmacy administrative tasks and workflow coordination.
-   Ensure compliance with pharmacy procedures and confidentiality standards.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a **Pharmacy Technician or Virtual Assistant in a U.S. retail pharmacy**.
-   Hands-on experience using **PrimeRx pharmacy software**.
-   Strong understanding of **retail pharmacy workflows** and prescription processing.
-   Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-   High attention to detail and accuracy in prescription data entry.
