## Description

We are seeking a T&D Counselor (Operator Evaluator & Trainer) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector to work with Yasref. The role focuses on training and development (T&D) activities, including evaluating operator performance, delivering training programs, and supporting competency development across operational areas.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline

-   Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry

-   Strong knowledge of process instrumentation, control systems, and flow diagrams

-   Experience in operator evaluation, training, and competency development

-   Ability to conduct assessments and provide performance feedback

-   Strong communication and presentation skills

-   Ability to work collaboratively with operations and training teams

-   Professional attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
