As a Shift Engineer working rotating days and nights, you will be at the heart of our production process, ensuring all machinery operates efficiently and effectively. You'll play a vital role in troubleshooting, maintenance, and supporting continuous improvements on-site. **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery during rotating day and night shifts.
-   Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
-   Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues swiftly and efficiently.
-   Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying equipment optimization opportunities.
-   Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on equipment performance.
-   Adhere to all health and safety policies, promoting a safe working environment at all times.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as an engineer within a manufacturing or food production environment is highly desirable.
-   Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
-   Ability to work flexibly on rotating day and night shifts.
-   Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-   Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
-   Knowledge of health and safety standards in an industrial setting.
-   Relevant technical qualifications or apprenticeship preferred.
