## Description

We are looking for a **Logistics Coordinator** to join our India team. If you are a professional with demonstrated experience in logistics, including administration and warehousing and stock management (SO), motivated with an ability to multi-task, proactive communication, work well under pressure, and a demonstrated eye for detail, you definitely should join us!

**In this role, you will:**

-   As Logistics Coordinator you will play an important role in building solid relationships in the logistics division. You will be responsible for supporting our sales-driven in Indian market. Here you will serve as point of contact for customers on any Logistics related issues; 
-   Collaborate with Customer service, Quality, Planning, and Purchasing to resolve issues or queries they may have; 
-   Follow sales order to prepare goods stated for shipment; 
-   Support effective resource management and assist with the planning of work within dispatch through load creation; 
-   Responsible for the coordination of incoming goods and daily dispatches as per requirements; 
-   Provide support in the planning and tracking of the shipment of finished orders; 
-   Stay current with knowledge of dispatch, logistics planning, and effective supplier management. 

**What we expect of you:** 

-   Working experience with multiple forwarders and couriers; 
-   Interact and be the Point-of-Contact (POC) with third-party logistics service providers (vendors and forwarders);
-   Making sure that the company complies with Indian export and import laws;
-   It will be added advantage if you have Indian Customs clearance knowledge; 
-   Additional benefit if worked with IOT products import in India; 
-   Proactive communication within the team and department and escalating any problems arises;
-   Keeping track of shipment packing, transportation mode, cost of shipment, arrival time and other important factors in the shipping process.

**Salary:**

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from **8LPA to 10LPA.**
