Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a **Junior** **Field Network Engineer** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**

-   **Installation & Deployment:** Install and configure network equipment (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Access Points) in the field.
-   **Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:** Diagnose and resolve complex network-related technical issues promptly at customer sites.
-   **Preventive Maintenance & Upgrades:** Perform regular system health checks, software upgrades (firmware/OS updates), and infrastructure performance optimization.
-   **Technical Support & Communication:** Provide specialized technical support and basic user training to end users.
-   **Network Documentation:** Create, update, and maintain detailed technical documentation, including network diagrams and site survey reports.

## Requirements

-   Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field (University, Technical Institute, or Vocational Institute).
-   **1 year of proven professional experience** in a similar network installation, technical support, or field support role.
-   Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi architectures).
-   Hands-on experience configuring networking and security equipment.
-   **Cisco Certifications:** Active certifications such as **CCNA** or **CCNP** will be considered an asset.
-   **Fortinet Certifications:** Active certifications such as **FCP (Fortinet Certified Professional)**, **NSE 4**, or newer equivalent certifications will be considered as a plus.
-   Experience with **Network Monitoring Tools** and **Ticketing Systems** will be considered as an advantage.
-   **Fluent in Greek** and very good to excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
-   Excellent communication skills, professionalism, teamwork mindset, and strong time and priority management abilities.
-   **Valid driver's license (Category B)** and willingness to travel within and outside the Attica region.
