## Description

**What you'll be doing**

-   Owning the full employee experience - from recruitment and onboarding through to development and retention
-   Supporting hiring across all markets and functions, finding the right people and getting them in fast
-   Building and maintaining a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture
-   Managing HR processes, contracts, policies and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
-   Being the go-to person for the team - approachable, fair and solutions-focused
-   Supporting managers with performance, feedback and team development
-   Driving initiatives around engagement, wellbeing and recognition
-   Helping shape how we grow the team as the business scales

## Requirements

**What we're looking for**

-   Experience in HR, people operations or talent management
-   Warm, energetic and genuinely people-first - not a policy enforcer
-   High integrity and discretion - people need to trust you
-   Comfortable working across different cultures and time zones
-   Organised and hands-on - happy to do the detail work as well as the strategic thinking
-   Experience in a fast-moving, international or scale-up environment a plus
-   HR qualification or CIPD accreditation a plus
