Aureol Global Connections is currently looking for a Production Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Production Technician, you will play a key role in the production process by operating machinery, monitoring quality control, and ensuring all production activities run smoothly. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment.
-   Monitor production processes for quality assurance and adhere to safety protocols.
-   Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting on production equipment.
-   Document production activities and maintain accurate records of output and quality metrics.
-   Assist in the training of new team members on safety and operational procedures.
-   Work closely with the production supervisor to implement improvements and resolve production issues.
-   Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certification in manufacturing is preferred.
-   Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
-   Knowledge of machinery and experience in operating production equipment.
-   Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines.
-   Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
-   Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
-   Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary.
