## Description

-   Review and study project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (bill of quantities), RFI (Request for Information), and correspondence to ensure all project details are considered.
-   Coordinate with other trades (architectural, MEP, structural, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow.
-   Perform technical calculations related to HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems. 
-   Conduct calculations, including load and energy analysis, and achieve necessary approvals.
-   Perform site visits to assess the progress and quality of mechanical works.
-   Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
-   Prepare as-built drawings for project records.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
-   3 - 6 years of experience in the mechanical engineering field, preferably in technical office roles.
-   Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems. 
-   Familiarity with local and international codes and standards. 
-   Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
-   Ability to multitask and work under pressure effectively.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
