### **What You’ll Do:**

-   **Start by mastering drain cleaning**, helping homeowners solve urgent problems while developing your skills.
-   Progress through our **career path**, including training in water conditioning, plumbing service, and installation.
-   Educate and **SELL** custom options to each homeowner, depending on their drain, plumbing, and water quality needs.
-   Assist licensed plumbers on a variety of plumbing tasks
-   Show up with a positive attitude and a commitment to learning every day.
-   Deliver 5-star experiences to every homeowner, every time

## Requirements

**GENZ RYAN PLUMBING APPRENTICE QUALIFICATIONS:**

-   **Must have a Valid Driver's License\*\***
-   **Must be at least 18 years of age.\*\***
-   **Must not be afraid of SALES. This role is a technician, BUT you will be responsible for customer education and sales!**
-   Basic computer skills
-   Willingness to embrace change in a growing company

_Previous experience in plumbing or drain cleaning is a plus, but not required. We train the right people!_
