**Location:** Fully Remote (Global)

**Time Zone**: Minimum 7 hours overlap with EST business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST)

To collaborate effectively with the team, you'll need significant daily overlap with US Eastern Time hours, with a target of at least seven hours of overlap each day.

**What You'll Own**

As a Junior Affiliate Media Buyer, you'll become the operational heartbeat of a performance marketing pod.

-   You'll regularly dive into advertising accounts, reviewing campaign performance and identifying trends that matter. Rather than simply reporting numbers, you'll help translate data into actionable recommendations that support stronger creative decisions and better campaign outcomes.
-   You'll also monitor competitor activity, researching ads, funnels, angles, and market movements to uncover opportunities that can improve performance and keep campaigns competitive.
-   Beyond campaign analysis, you'll play an important coordination role within the team. You'll help prioritize work, keep projects moving, remove bottlenecks, and ensure key deliverables are completed efficiently by collaborating closely with creative and technical teammates.
-   You'll maintain clear documentation and organized workflows so that important insights, tasks, and account updates remain visible and accessible to everyone involved.
