Pharmathen offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a **Quality Operations Associate** to join our team at our Sapes premises.

As a **Quality Operations Associate**, you will provide essential support for the efficient functioning of the QA department, with a focus on documentation flow and records maintenance.

## Requirements

**What you will do:**

More particularly:

-   Maintain electronic records
-   Maintainsphysical (paper) records
-   Document circulation between departments
-   Carry out auxiliary/support tasks of the department
-   Follow Company's Quality Policy and complies with current operational standards and legislative requirements
-   Work in accordance with the requirements of the written Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, Technical Directives and Protocols of the company's Quality System, that are related to the duties of the described position
-   Follow the rules of hygiene and control of health status as defined in the relevant Policies and Standard Operating Procedures

**The ideal candidate should have:**

-   High school graduate / A degree from a Technological Educational Institute (TEI) or a vocational training institute (IEK) of a technical orientation will be considered an additional qualification
-   Previous experience is an asset

**Job-Specific Skills**:

-   Familiarity with computer use
-   Basic knowledge of the English language will be considered an additional qualification
-   Responsibility and methodical approach
-   Team spirit and collaboration
