## Description

Job responsibilities:  
\- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.  
\- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations in alignment with organizational objectives.  
\- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, and success criteria.  
\- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.  
\- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.  
\- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.  
\- Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.  
\- Manage project changes, scope adjustments, and issue resolution in a timely and efficient manner.  
\- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of project management best practices.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.  
\- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in engineering, technology, or related industries.  
\- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.  
\- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.  
\- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.  
\- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Agile, Waterfall).  
\- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  
\- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
\- Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance processes.
