Seeking an HR Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations and support employees and leadership across the organization. HR Manager will report to CFO.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, performance management, and HR policies

• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, benefits coordination

• Ensure compliance with California and federal employment laws

• Partner with leadership on workforce and organizational needs

• Manage HR programs, documentation, and employee engagement

## Requirements

Qualifications

-   5+ years of HR experience
-   Strong knowledge of California employment practices
-   Entertainment or media industry experience preferred
-   Bilingual in Korean and English
