**About the Role**

We're looking for Casual Administration Officers to join our team, providing essential coordination of service delivery for internal and external stakeholders. Reporting to the Administration Team Lead, you'll help ensure a smooth, professional experience across all touchpoints in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**What You'll Be Doing**

-   Managing email correspondence, diary/calendar coordination and general office administration
-   Supporting reception duties including greeting clients, check-in/check-out, and site access for visitors
-   Maintaining accurate, confidential client records and files, and processing client payments

**What We're Looking For**

-   Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-   High attention to detail and a vigilant approach to accuracy
-   Ability to manage shifting priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
-   A professional, well-presented and courteous approach with clients and colleagues
